Childcare at EASL Congress 2027
We are excited to announce that professional childcare services will once again be available for our delegates.
We understand how challenging it can be to balance professional commitments with family responsibilities, and we remain committed to offering a solution that helps you fully enjoy and engage with the congress.
With EASL Childcare, you can fully engage in EASL Congress 2027, knowing that your child is in a safe, nurturing and entertaining environment right at the Congress venue. Our experienced childcare providers will ensure that your child(ren) enjoy a range of fun and educational activities, giving you peace of mind and the opportunity to focus on the valuable sessions and networking opportunities.
Service opening dates
The Childcare booking system will open on the following dates:
- Faculty: 5 weeks before the event, starting 12 May at 9:00.
- All delegates: 3 weeks before the event, starting 26 May at 9:00.
Location
The EASL Childcare service will be located on Level 1, S9 Entrance from the Boulevard, ExCeL London.
Timing
- Wednesday 16 June: 07:30–19:00 CEST
- Thursday 17 – Friday 18 June: 07:30–18:00 CEST
- Saturday 19 June: 07:30–16:00 CEST
Registration
Cost: EUR 40 per 4 hours.
Both the registration form and payment must be sent to hold any advance registration. Onsite registration is possible; however, it is not recommended, as there is no guarantee of availability.
Our partner
Double Daycare has been appointed to deliver the Childcare service.
Their goal is to provide your child with a program he/she wants to attend, while providing you that critical “peace of mind” feeling, so you can attend sessions and events taking place during EASL Congress 2027. Activities
Double Daycare provides a variety of different activities and different themes each day to make sure your child will have the best time ever! They offer painting, arts & crafts, music & movement, board games, story time, lego and many more, plus group games, physical activities and dramatic play — all appropriate for each age group.
Childcare workers
Double Daycare team members are selected according to their integrity, experience, education and enthusiasm. All of their team members are wonderful with kids and in possession of a certificate of conduct!
Their way of working
- Childcare for children 4 weeks – 14 years old
- Ratio 1:5
- Parents must take their children out for lunch and fresh air
- We provide water and healthy snacks during the day
- For babies: please bring diapers and wipes, and formula / baby food + bottles
- Please bring an extra set of clothes
- Medication will not be administered by Double Daycare management or staff
- Please label your child’s belongings. We will maintain a lost and found; however, Double Daycare does not accept responsibility for the loss or theft of any toy, book, or other personal items.
