Following the positive response and success of our childcare services at the EASL Congress 2025, we’re delighted to repeat the experience in 2026!
We are excited to announce that professional childcare services will once again be available for our delegates. We understand how challenging it can be to balance professional commitments with family responsibilities, and we remain committed to offering a solution that helps you fully enjoy and engage with the congress.
With EASL Childcare, you can fully engage in EASL Congress 2026, knowing that your child is in a safe, nurturing, and entertaining environment right at the RAI venue. Our experienced childcare providers will ensure that your child(ren) enjoys a range of fun and educational activities, giving you peace of mind and the opportunity to focus on the valuable sessions and networking opportunities at EASL Congress 2026.
Service opening dates:
The Childcare booking system will open on the following dates:
• Faculty: 5 weeks before the event, starting April 22 at 9AM
• All delegates: 3 weeks before the event, starting May 6 at 9AM
Location
The EASL Childcare service will be located on the ground floor next to the Registration area, Fira Gran Via, North access.
Timing
Wednesday 27 May: 07:30-19:00 CEST
Thursday 28 to Friday 29 May: 07:30-18:00 CEST
Saturday 30 May: 07:30-16:00 CEST
Registration
Cost: 40 EUR per 4 hours
Double Daycare must receive both registration form & payment to hold any advance registrations. Onsite registration is possible, however this is not recommended as there is no guarantee.

Activities
Double Daycare provides a variety of different activities and different themes each day to make sure your child will have the best time ever! They set up our POP-UP daycare, which right away excites all kids to come in and have fun.
They offer activities such as painting, arts & crafts, music & movement, board games, story time, lego and many more! Besides this they offer group games, physical activities and dramatic play. They provide activities appropriate for each age group, using safe and sturdy equipment. Children can make their own choices within the Double Daycare programme.
Childcare workers
Double Daycare team members are selected according to their integrity, experience, education and enthusiasm. All of their team members are wonderful with kids and in possession of a certificate of conduct!
Their way of working
Childcare for children 4 weeks – 14 years old

- Parents must take their children out for lunch and fresh air
- We provide water and healthy snacks during the day
For babies:
- Please bring diapers and wipes.
- Please bring formula / baby food + bottles
- Please bring an extra set of clothes
- Medication will NOT be administered by Double Daycare management or staff.
- Please label your child’s belongings. We will maintain a lost and found, however, Double Daycare, does not accept responsibility for the loss or theft of any toy, book, or other personal items.
