EASL Childcare

We are excited to announce that for the first time, EASL Congress will offer professional childcare services for our delegates. We understand the challenges of balancing professional commitments with family responsibilities, and we are committed to providing a solution that allows you to make the most of your congress experience.

With EASL Childcare, you can fully engage in EASL Congress 2025, knowing that your child is in a safe, nurturing, and entertaining environment right at the RAI venue. Our experienced childcare providers will ensure that your child(ren) enjoys a range of fun and educational activities, giving you peace of mind and the opportunity to focus on the valuable sessions and networking opportunities at EASL Congress 2025.

Location

The EASL Childcare service will be located on level 2, offices C 203 to C204 accessible from the Registration area, RAI entrance C.

Timing

Wednesday 7 June: 07:30-19:00 CEST
Thursday 8 to Friday 9 May: 07:30-18:00 CEST
Saturday 10 June: 07:30-16:00 CEST

Registration

Cost: 40 EUR per 4 hours

Double Daycare must receive both registration form & payment to hold any advance registrations. Onsite registration is possible, however this is not recommended as there is no guarantee.
Booking will be available closer to the Congress dates.

Activities

Double Daycare provides a variety of different activities and different themes each day to make sure your child will have the best time ever! They set up our POP-UP daycare, which right away excites all kids to come in and have fun.

They offer activities such as painting, arts & crafts, music & movement, board games, story time, lego and many more! Besides this they offer group games, physical activities and dramatic play. They provide activities appropriate for each age group, using safe and sturdy equipment. Children can make their own choices within the Double Daycare programme.

Childcare workers

Double Daycare team members are selected according to their integrity, experience, education and enthusiasm. All of their team members are wonderful with kids and in possession of a certificate of conduct!

Their way of working

Childcare for children 4 weeks – 14 years old

Ratio 1:5
Parents must take their children out for lunch and fresh air
We provide water and healthy snacks during the day

For babies:

Please bring diapers and wipes.
Please bring formula / baby food + bottles
Please bring an extra set of clothes
Medication will NOT be administered by Double Caring management or staff.
Please label your child’s belongings. We will maintain a lost and found, however, Double Daycare, does not accept responsibility for the loss or theft of any toy, book, or other personal items.
